Live It.” We couldn’t agree more! To celebrate Cavender’s program we thought we’d share a fitting story about Shane Holman, our Senior Director of Global Merchandising, Trend and Market Development. Shane is responsible for seeking out trends in the marketplace and interpreting them to meet the needs of our Western customers. When Shane isn’t working, you will find her barrel racing, cutting horses and cheering on her own kids at their rodeo events. Shane combines real life rodeo experiences with her passion for fashion to create products for all of us to enjoy. Says Shane, “I feel very blessed to be able to work in the Western world, a place I
